2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Interior Doctor website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place an order. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
3. Products
We sell automotive interior upgrade products including, but not limited to:
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto head units
Digital instrument clusters and dashboard displays
Aftermarket steering wheels and accessories
All products are sold for general upgrade and personalisation purposes. It is your responsibility to verify that any product is compatible with your specific vehicle before purchasing. We provide fitment guidance as a convenience only and accept no liability for incorrect fitment decisions made by the customer.
Product images on the website may include supplier photography and may not always reflect the exact product received. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of listings.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in EURO and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We accept the following payment methods: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna., Link, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club International, JCB, Union Pay, Carte Bancaire (CB) and iDEAL | Wero. Payment is taken at the time of order. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
5. Orders and Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract between you and Interior Doctor is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products are out of stock, pricing errors have occurred, or where fraud is suspected.
If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to customers worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Interior Doctor is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Consumer Rights
7.1 EU and Irish Customers
If you are located in Ireland or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order and return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, for any reason, without penalty.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day window at sales@interiordoctor.eu. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days of notifying us. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We will issue a full refund, including original delivery charges (standard delivery only), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.
7.2 Faulty or Damaged Products (All Customers)
If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty within 30 days of delivery, please contact us at sales@interiordoctor.eu with your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photographs. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.
For faults arising after 30 days, please contact us. Your statutory rights under applicable law are not affected by these terms.
7.3 Non-EU Customers
Customers located outside the European Union are not entitled to the 14-day withdrawal right described above. Returns outside the EU are accepted only for products that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or materially different from their description. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving a faulty item.
We reserve the right to assess each return request individually and our decision is final subject to applicable local law.
8. Fitment and Compatibility Disclaimer
Automotive products sold on this site are vehicle-specific. While we provide compatibility information in good faith, we strongly recommend verifying fitment with a qualified automotive technician before purchasing or installing any product.
Interior Doctor accepts no liability for damage to your vehicle, personal injury, or any other loss arising from incorrect installation, incompatible fitment, or modification of any product. Installation of aftermarket parts may affect your vehicle warranty — please consult your vehicle manufacturer or dealer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Interior Doctor's total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of vehicle use, or any other losses not directly caused by our proven negligence or breach of contract.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Interior Doctor website including logos, product descriptions, copy, and imagery created by us is protected by copyright and remains the property of Interior Doctor or its licensors. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
11. Privacy and Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at http://www.interiordoctor.eu/privacy-policy . By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish data protection law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Interior Doctor website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts, except where mandatory EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.
